Why This Blog Exists
Most legal websites are written for other lawyers. This one is not.
I started this blog because the questions I hear most often are not obscure legal puzzles. They are urgent, practical, and personal. What is happening with DACA right now? What happens to my green card if I get arrested? How do I know if my immigration case is still on track? Those are real questions that deserve real answers — not form letters or generic disclaimers.
Every post here is written by me, covers a topic that directly affects the people I represent, and reflects what is actually happening in immigration law and Texas courts right now.
